Best dairy alternative for soups

I am going to make Nea's White Bean and Sausage Soup this week but my daughter can't have dairy. What is the best DF alternative to put in soups, and still have it be nice and creamy without ruining the dish?

Capita Farms has oat-based cream (they call it "heavy whip") and half-and-half that I've liked

That should be Califa, not Capita

I was very pleased with the texture of Country Crock's Plant Cream, their DF answer to heavy cream. It whips to stiff peaks and adds the same volume and body to recipes that regular cream does, in my opinion.

One idea - whole milk has 3.5% fat, so for every cup of milk you are replacing, use half to 2/3 tablespoon of a fat you all like and can eat. This will enhance the other tastes in the soup and enrich the texture.

Not claimed as the best, but one consideration.
